We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and… grow our portfolio of outdoor sports and home product brands. You will handle the day-to-day operations of assigned TikTok Shop accounts, build strong client relationships, develop growth strategies to increase GMV and engagement, collaborate with creators and internal teams on campaigns and product launches, monitor performance data, oversee product listings and promotions, track industry trends, and prepare reports for clients. Ideal candidates should have 1+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or TikTok Shop, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, influencer marketing, livestream commerce, or outdoor and home product categories is preferred. Work location is in person.

You will host engaging live streams, introduce products clearly, interact with viewers in real time, drive sales during broadcasts, and collaborate with the operations and marketing teams on content and campaign plans. Ideal candidates should have 1+ years of experience in live streaming, TikTok Shop hosting, or related e-commerce live commerce roles, strong on-camera presence and communication skills, and the ability to keep audiences engaged in a fast-paced environment. Experience with outdoor products, home goods, or TikTok Shop live selling is preferred. Work location is in person.
